Creation Exhibitions interview questions

4-stage interview process that involved a 3D design test to design an exhibition space based upon a brief. Very misleading process that suggested once you had reached stage 4 (in-person interview) that you were at a offer letter stage. Upon arrival was informed that 4 individuals were still in the process at this stage. The design test was unnecessary, taking approx. 3-4 days, given the portfolio breadth of work examined by not only myself but I imagine many other candidates. I was then informed 10 days after the final stage interview that they taking on NONE of the final candidates as the role was being 'restructured.' Bitterly Disappointing.
