First CV review with recruiter, talk about motivation and briefly discussed my experience, and they explained to me the process: - System Design 1hr 2 engineers - Product Manager 1hr - Owner 1hr Each phase gating the next. It took almost 30 days from the day submitted my application - request availability - first interview - another availability - system design. I think I did excellent in the system design, it seems to me the engineers expected more implementation details. I got a rejection email from the recruiter instead of the automated rejection several days later which I appreciate. I have the impression that either they were having me as a backup plan in case someone else rejected and offer or something like that because 30 days for 2 interviews total it's too much. Overall ok experience, and I was a bit nervous of passing them based on the internal reviews. Everything was via video conference
