Given that they aim to represent the country, and ask about your own approach to EDI, they do not have inclusive and accessible recruitment processes. They don’t always provide interview questions and don’t keep to a structure either. Second stage interview was thrust upon with no notice of it in the original job advert and the panel didn’t take to interviews being a two way street very well. It just seems to be vibes.
Oh and if you do apply, they don’t offer a pension from the first month. Absolutely bizarre.
