Credit Slab interview questions

Got a call, booked the interview, was asked three questions and told me to come to training. Not specific and gave me no chance to ask questions about the company

The "vice president" sits you down in his office, looks at you for 30 seconds, asks you one question then shakes your hand and tells you to come back tomorrow. During the process they demand you pay them 20$ for materials, then they take you through group interviews and the credit course, which last 8 hours a day
