The entire process was really bad. I was interviewed by the CEO and he was very condescending. He started asking me about the current projects I am working on, keeping all details confidential. He immediately made snark remarks that the client shouldn't have paid us and we are wasting taxpayer's money. Then he asked me how I can contribute to the company. I told him about the market inefficiencies, arbitrage opportunities and financial analysis that has to be done which gives me joy. He claimed that I obviously don't understand what investment is about. He further said that what I learnt in school should be scrapped. He claimed that I did not do sufficient research on the company when I actually did read up on them.

Management is very hostile and would attack & undermine your credentials. Extremely unprofessional interview conducted. When asked further about what the role entails, the management answer is to look at the job description. Like the point of the question is to further understand what the job role is and refusal to answer with an attack is unprofessional.

Interview
The interview was conducted with the MD and two executives. I was asked to walk through my CV and was tested on modules I had taken in university. The conduct of the MD during the interview was extremely unprofessional and rude as he continually challenged everything I said to undermine my qualifications, despite the role being advertised as entry level and suitable for fresh graduates from any discipline. The interviewer was on his phone throughout the interview, did not make any eye contact and at one point chastised me for wasting his time.
