The whole process had several stages: 1. Short interview over the phone with HR to know more about you. 2. Phone Interview with 2 teamleaders to check if you have the knowledge. 3. Skype interview with the manager where you will have to answer key questions. If you pass these three stages, you will get the job. *4. In my case, I applied for a position as a Business Developer (the 3 stages before), but after talking to HR, they recommended me to try another interview for a position as an Account Executive (with the manager), so I tried and succeeded. This last stage was a role play over the phone where I had to get the sale or at least extract key information about the client.
