I applied on their website. Within 2 weeks, I received an email from the HR Manager. He was very professional and asked several questions about my previous experiences. It went well, and we set up an in-person interview. That interview was with two of the head architects at the office. They asked lots of questions to figure out where I would fit in the best because they have several different teams. They were very professional and listened well to make sure that I was the right fit for the company. They also provided a lot of information about the firm to help me decide if the firm was the right fit for me as well. After that interview went well, they set up a final interview with the team that they selected for me. I haven’t gone to that interview yet.
