It was a strange experience. I got on the call, and they chatted a little before telling me they had already filled the role. They then explained another role they could set me up with, and they said someone would reach out, but they never did. They also said I didn't have enough multi-location experience, despite it being listed on my resume. Also, "not having" multi-location experience seemed like a strange reason not to be able to move forward with the job, as everything about the role was presented, highlighting the learning & development piece, which I also listed extensive experience in.
