Interview
It was involved in a positive way that made the ultimate talent pool they were interviewing with small. I submitted a video cover letter with my initial application, then I did a video question and answer through a platform, and finally interviewed with the person I would be working directly with. The interview was scheduled for about 15mins, but we ended up talking for much longer and it was a great fit!
