I interviewed for a customer service rep position here in 2021. I accepted another opportunity before completing the process but overall it was pretty straight forward and conversational. Seems like a collaborative place to work, this position was in office and from what I could tell there is a lot of overlap with other departments. Seems like a good place to learn especially if interested in getting started in fashion.
