I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Curatal (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in June 2026
Interview
Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing interview experiences I have had. Throughout the interview, the interviewer appeared to be largely unavailable and unresponsive. There were multiple occasions where I had to call out her name repeatedly and even send messages through Teams chat to check whether she was present. Despite my efforts, I received little to no response for extended periods.
The interview lasted approximately 30–40 minutes, during which only 3–4 questions were asked. There were long gaps of around 10–12 minutes between questions, during which the interviewer seemed disengaged and was not actively listening to my responses, I kept calling her name but she was just not responding. I remained patient and professional throughout the session, continuously attempting to engage and continue the discussion.
Towards the end of the interview, I respectfully raised my concern about the lack of communication and responsiveness. Instead of addressing the concern, the response I received felt rude and dismissive, and the interview was abruptly ended.
I understand that unexpected situations can occur, but the overall experience felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful of a candidate's time. I had invested significant effort in preparing for the interview, and the session ultimately felt like a complete waste of time for both myself and the company.
I believe candidates deserve a fair and attentive interview process, regardless of the hiring decision. If an interviewer is unavailable or unable to conduct the interview properly, it would be better to reschedule rather than proceed with an interview where meaningful communication is not possible.
I really don't know how such people end up with these kind of jobs.
I hope this feedback helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.
