First round - standard HR call, learned a bit about the company, asked the usual questions about salary expectations etc. Second round - manager zoom call, positive experience, very down to earth with expectations from me and about the team and work culture. Third round - CTO zoom call, in one word, rude! Seemed very disinterested from the start, vaped the entire hour we talked, repeating questions etc. Wasn't surprised when I heard from HR a few days later that they would keep looking.
