Interview went really well. The panel was friendly and professional, asking fair questions about my QA and automation experience. The process felt organised, and I genuinely enjoyed discussing the role and team.”
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Currenxie
Interview
1 external recruiter screen. 1 group interview. Then offer.
The process was disorganised, with vague expectations and feedback. Interviewers showed little understanding of the role and domain, asking surface-level questions. “Fit” seemed to matter more than expertise.
C-level involvement was performative, heavy on buzzwords. Overall: weak structure, low transparency, political emphasis, little focus on capability.
All interviews were scheduled without key team members’ knowledge. Later revealed as a tactic to replace them.
I was promised bonuses, teamwork, and proper processes. In reality: no bonuses, siloed teams, and even basic tools and processes were absent.
It was based on the main focus areas as mentioned below:
1. General Introductions
2. Background and Fit
3. Motivation and Goals
4. High level overview of Past Experience
Interview was nice and easy
