Interview
I had a face-to-face interview at the Acton head office 3 months ago with 2 designers. I am still waiting for any feedback despite sending follow up emails. The interview was fairly informal and I felt it had gone pretty well so it is disappointing that Dixons couldn't spare 2 minutes to let me know either way. I would hope this ‘ghosting’ is not common practice but it certainly gives a bad impression of the company. I was told there would be a task for the next stage of the interview.

Interview
My face to face interview was good, the Senior Designer was smart and professional. I've been qualified to the next step which was a design task where I spent two entire days of my life.
I received an answer after a few weeks saying that the interview was good but they decided not to proceed with me. I asked to specify...
They never went back to me: I believe it is unfair that a candidate spends so much time for them while they cannot spend one minute of their time for improving the candidate life.
