Interview
Very detailed interview with multiple role play scenarios. (Interview was around 2 hours). Part one of the role play was dealing with a customer complaint. Part two of the role play was selling a TV to a customer. You had 10 minutes to read the resource pack before the role play began.

I was asked what hours I wanted as they were flexible.
Definitely the easiest interview I had ever done. It was just an informal chat with one of the managers with really simple and straightforward questions and asking about my availability.

Interview
Fairly easy, staff were friendly and a smooth process. The employers do not make you feel pressurised, it helps when you have previous sales experience but if you show them you are eager to learn and are engaged in tech. they'll definitely want you.

Tell me about yourself? What are your hours like to work?
Initial group interview and then one to one afterwards. Very relaxed setting and was made comfortable by staff undertaking interview. The whole process was very quick and communication was great.
