I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
Depends on the manager interviewing you. My interview included a practical test where I was asked to pitch a product and engage in sale conversation. Otherwise standard questions for an entry level job with no real requirements for experience.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
Interview was not too difficult, mainly behavior questions. They might give you a scenario and you have to tell them what you would in that scenario and rank your actions.
