I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Curtins (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2021
Interview
I received a video-call from the head of the Dublin branch, we chatted and I answered questions about my studies and interests in Engineering. It was a laid back interview, which is perfect since it was only for a temporary position. I learned a lot from it.
Very relaxed chat with two of the team directors. Very friendly and informal. We sat in a meeting room and discussed my experiences and the culture at their company which seemed very positive.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Curtins in Sept 2017
Interview
Got the interview via an agent, fairly quickly.
I did apply however without an agent and they did not respond to me.
after my interview with the directors i could tell they were impressed but was kept waiting for weeks before learning i was given the positon. had to reject other offers but worth it.
Good company, young, high responsibility , learn a lot.
Impressive technical knowledge of young team.
the working hours are quite long however, and there seems to be a culture where this is the norm and common to work though lunch.
