Interview
The whole hiring process was very quick. I was first contacted by CEO himself, then followed by 1 hour Technical Interview and at last skype interview with CEO and a senior technical member with general behavioral questions
They took skype interviews with a technical guy and a HR guy. They asked very basic questions. The duration was like for an hour. The questions were mostly related to what I had done and what programming languages I had worked on.

Typical J2EE questions, like difference between Vector & ArrayList, questions from Thread and collections. Some HTML/JSP questions which are very easy and can be found on the internet.
