The interviewer was so friendly. He asked few questions which I prepared. Those are about myself, about company, why I wanted to join and how am I seeing myself for the next 5 years.
They took skype interviews with a technical guy and a HR guy. They asked very basic questions. The duration was like for an hour. The questions were mostly related to what I had done and what programming languages I had worked on.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Customer Care (Austin, TX) in Feb 2012

The whole hiring process was very quick. I was first contacted by CEO himself, then followed by 1 hour Technical Interview and at last skype interview with CEO and a senior technical member with general behavioral questions
