Typically, the HR Manager will coordinate for the interview. However, the team Manager will lead the interaction. The interview process is more of interaction and encouraging discussions between the panel and candidates.

The interview process was quite smooth. There were 2 rounds basically, first round was more about the kind of work you are doing, technology you are using .. kind of techno-managerial. 2nd round was an 1 hr 30 min long hard core technical interview, they asked basic to advance everything from Java. After clearing this round, you will be asked for details and offer letter rolls out.
