Typical interview - pre-screen interview over the phone to find out if I was a fit, then called into the office for in person "chat" with other developers. There was a whiteboard session during which you get thrust into solving a "real problem". It should be noted that this problem was less about programming expertise and more about alleviating an earlier poor architecture decision. Was asked to submit some examples of work I had done for some projects in the past. Got a call shortly after with an offer.
