Cypress Creek Renewables interview questions

My first interview went as expected, but the second one was disorganized. No one joined the virtual meeting, and when I reached out to the HR representative, I didn’t receive a response for several days. It turns out they scheduled the interview on the hiring manager's PTO day. When we finally rescheduled, the interview itself went fine, though the role’s remote nature was unclear—initially advertised as remote, it was later changed to in-person.
