I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at D Custom (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
I set up the interview through email, which took about two weeks after exchanging a few replies. The interview was with the two designers at D Custom. They made it very comfortable, offered water or coffee, and was a show your work and see if you fit type of interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at D Custom (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The interview process was a bit complicated, but they were very clear upfront about what to expect. After applying, I had a short phone screening. I was then asked to complete some editing tests and come in to meet with 2-3 employees for about 30 minutes. I then had to complete a test that's difficult to explain; it's a mix of personality and logic questions that helps determine if you're fit for the position. Last step was to meet with president, GM and directors for a final interview.
