      Project Manager Interview

      22 Feb 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DAVACO (Toronto, ON)

      Interview

The process had four rounds. It started with a phone screening with HR, then a virtual interview with the Director. After that I had an in-person meeting, and the final round was with the COO. Overall, it was a really positive experience. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. The conversations felt natural, not intimidating. They focused a lot on my background, the types of projects I’ve managed, and how I deal with trades, timelines, and client expectations.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to walk them through the kind of projects I manage and how I handle challenges on site, especially when working with trades.
