Informal interview for stage 1 then a presentation and interrogating your thought process for stage 2. Both were done very well but weren't quite as technical as I'd expected. Overall a positive experience with nice people.

Nothing specific - questions centred around the OTT workflow
Relatively basic interview, over the phone with a recruiter. Nothing in particular stands out as unpleasant, except I never received any kind of update/feedback, which is particularly concerning for such a senior position.
