Interview
I came in for an application (they hadn't even opened yet) and filled it out at the location they had across from the restaurant. When i turned it one of the managers wanted to interview me. He was very nice. He asked me about my previous experiance, how i qualify, why he should pick me, my hobbies, etc. Nothing that made me nervous which i usually always am. But he made me feel as comfortable as i could be. It actually went great, i got hired ! He hired me right then and there. Turned out to be a wonderful place to work.

It was very relaxed. Very run of the mill interview. Super easy. Nothing out of the ordinary. They were looking for people to make money, not good servers. Not the best.

Interview
I met with the general manager and a manager in training to discuss employment. It was a typical restaurant interview with questions about handling customers, co-workers, being overly busy (in the weeds) etc. It was very laid back and quick - hired on the spot. I just needed a supplemental income.
