The initial interview process has made this company look very unprofessional. I received a phone call from HR but unfortunately missed it, tried calling back twice and left a message however the phone number given lead to a voicemail for an employee who was no longer at the company. I had no email or other means of contact so chalked this up to a confusing process and another application that wouldn't go anywhere. Several weeks I received another phone call which I did get to answer where I was almost reprimanded for not getting in touch with them (clearly they hadn't seen my missed calls or voicemail) and then after being told it was an informal chat it was much more like a grilling with no time to prepare and being completely caught off guard. I was then rejected by email several weeks later. A very long, unprofessional feeling process. It's not the rejection that was poor, I can take that if I'm not right for a role that's fine - it was the complete lack of respect for candidates.
