Interview
Casual, conversational interview. About 20 minutes long. Asked about my work background, why I'm seeking a new position, have I worked at an agency before. After the interview, followed up via email. Didn't hear from them. Ghosted.
The interview process I had consisted in two personal interviews, non technical. As it was an entry-level job, it was more focused on explaining previous job experience and showing recent projects.
