The questions focused on my background, university studies, and general understanding of property valuation. They asked about valuation methods (such as the income approach, comparable sales method, and cost approach), current property market trends, and what drew me to valuation as a career. There were also a few scenario-based questions to assess analytical and problem-solving skills.
