I had a phone screen with an HR individual and then a month later got an email to schedule the next steps. That is too long of a period of time as most deseriable candidates have moved forward with other offers by that point. Seems like the company does not understand what it takes to get the top talent. Disorganized and terrible communication give an overall negative look on the company. Additionally, this is the only company I have ever interviewed with that uses an Amazon video chat service and they do not send calendar invites.
