Listen up! I’m saying it once I’m giving you step by step! 1.) You arrive on campus and get your ID badge by security. 2.) You will go to the FA recruitment building right across the street. 3.) You will sit in the lobby with other people waiting to be interviewed. 4.) They will come out and greet you. 5.) They will pass out water & Cookies 6.) They will check you in. 7.) They will split you into two groups A&B 8.) You all walk to a big meeting room. 9.) You watch a video about delta. 10.) They split you up A usually does a group activity. 11. Goes straight to a F2F Interview with only one Flight Attendant. Very calm and nice. They make you feel like you’re having a conversation. Then you do an exercise depending on what you get you perform a flight attendant duty. 11.) You go back out and mingle with the Delta team. 12.) You sit again. 13) You swap so now A goes to do their F2F 14.) You all come back in the big room. 15.) You ask questions and they answer. 16.) They’re distracting you as they’re pick the TWO people they like out of 75 that you interviewed with. No rhyme or reason. 17.) They call you to get on the bus and they send you home. 18.) You didn’t get the job but they say give us 7-10 business days to get back with you. Attire: Ladies hair pulled up and secured. No loud make up very basic and nude. Wear ONLY a black suit with a very low heal with no other color then black. Men: Well Groomed. Hair pulled back and secured if long. BLACK SUIT only. Not a flashy tie and a solid color. BLACK shoes. No makeup. Less is more. Talk to EVERYONE work the room. Don’t get comfortable with just one person or a group speak to EVERYONE! Attire Attire Attire! DO NOT TRY TO STAND OUT! Blend in. Stand out only when you do your F2F. When you do the group activity try not to take charge. Work as a Group.
