DJO Project Manager interview questions

The recruiter spoke to me about my experience in addition to what is needed for success in the role. I would say it's more of a fact finder than an actual interview as she questioned me regarding my experience. The only negative I can provide is the lack of follow up. But hey what can you do. /🤷‍♂️

45 minute call with a Senior Hiring Manager, followed up by a phone call with a would be supervisor in their Vista Office. After both calls, I received ZERO follow up instructions or communication of any kind. I have never experienced such a poorly run hiring process. I had some initial hesitation with DJO knowing the horrible reviews I have read online about their daily business practices and it was very disappointing to finally understand why they are a sub-par firm. I completely understand if I am not a fit for your firm, but to not email, call or send a letter announcing I did not make the next step in your hiring process is unprofessional and flat-out rude. I should be thanking you DJO Global, you saved me from coming on board to an obvious dumpster fire.
