Interview
The interview process consisted of two stages: the first call was with HR, where motivation, experience, and general questions were discussed. The second stage was with the technical team, which asked practical questions about Kafka, transaction isolation levels in databases, and key Java Core concepts. This approach made it possible to evaluate both soft skills and the depth of technical knowledge, as well as to assess how well the candidate fits the team and the project overall.
