I applied for a position and was promptly contacted by an HR representative who expressed strong interest in my application. After completing a video interview, I was told I would hear back in a few days. However, I was subsequently ghosted with no follow-up or updates. Overall, the lack of communication was disappointing and left a negative impression of the company's hiring process.
