My manager walked me to her office, we sat down and shw asked basic questions like. Tell me a little about yourself? How would you describe yourself? What's your favorite shoes? This is basic, but it was my first job.
I applied online, emailed back and forth for a phone interview with the manager and one interview in person in store with the manager. We talked more about overall logistics- the in person interview was far less question based.
The interview process was pretty easy. They just asked basic questions about why I wanted to work there, my strengths & weaknesses. They also asked me about my availability. I got hired in the spot.

Reached out to follow up with application process and hiring manager called back a few days later with interview date. Simple group interview with three other people went around one by one to answer interview questions received job offered same day.
