Generally smooth, spoke to PMs first prior to speaking to Principals. The interview felt like a genuine place to share skills, desires, aspirations, goals. The questions asked were very fair and felt fluid.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. After a few emails exchanges, we set up a first interview. The whole process lasted about two weeks. The interviewers were very polite and took the time to see the work presented in the portfolio, Although the interviewers were not very senior, we had a good conversation about the office and opportunities.
