Interview
Only got to the phone interview process. I interviewed with the PMO and the interview style was confrontational. I felt like I was defending my practices and experience (20+ years as a project/program manager and PMP certified). I've conducted hundreds of interviews and been through dozens myself. This was in the top 2 of the most unpleasant interviews I've participated in.
I would not have accepted a follow on interview if the offer had been extended.

Question 1
Many questions and very detailed about project management. It seemed more like a trivia quiz than a job interview
Phone interviews only. Four separate interviews. First with HR, then direct manager, then Program Manager & final with PMO. Standard interview questions in all. All friendly and nothing difficult. Moved fairly quickly and no stalling.

Three levels of interview. Technical, manager and HR. All are face to face in the campus. Manager interview is the most crucial. One should be well aware of project management processes and methodology
