Interviewing for a "Management" position and told that all managers must start out at the bottom and "work the way up". Posted for a salaried management position, interviewed for a entry level sales job. When answered "No" as to whether or not that was acceptable, the interview was terminated.
They are hiring for Call Center REPS with the posting of Manager. If they state that they value their employees and lie to them just to get them in the door, I wonder what they do to their customers. I will not work for, nor be a customer of DaBella Exeriors.
Reps, if you take the job. Make sure that you get your compensation in writing, do not take any promises.
