I submitted my application online, and was then contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter did an initial phone screening/interview, then arranged for me to participate in an in-person interview. At the in-person interview, I met with two panes of 5 DaVita employees each. After the interview, I was contacted by the recruiter for any follow-up questions I had about the process. I was contacted with a job offer shortly after!

Interview
Good. Group interview process with entire administrative team. Asked a lot of questions about company core values. Come prepared with personal examples, both positive and negative. Also know the history of the company, dialysis history and definitely the roles and responsibilities of the position that you are applying for. Also come with a positive attitude.
