I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DaVita (Riverside, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Saw the hiring in my area on Facebook. I sent an application in and after it was reviewed, they called me for a short phone interview. Very basic info about myself. I was then invited to sign up on Genius for a scheduled interview with local managers. Interview was about 45 minutes with an additional 15 for a tour of the dialysis facility. I had been given a list of possible questions before hand so that I was able to prepare well. Interview was very interactive with a nurse manager and a social worker. The interview was not stressful and I actually enjoyed it.

I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Victorville, CA) in June 2020
Interview
Know the core values SITCAFF. Multiple Facility admins and clinical care team leads in the interview. Know the scope of practice of a hemodialysis RN. They want people who want to be there.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was quiet easy. It focuses on behavioral questions on how you handle situations especially at work. They wanted to know how familiar are you with certain procedures. It is helpful if you have wide range of experience in dialysis since you could present yourself easily and worry on 'technical' questions.
