I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online, received an email from a recruiter the next day, set up a phone interview for a few days later. The recruiter asked for basic information about me and my healthcare experience. He told me a recruiter from my area would get ahold of me. Next day we set up an in-person interview, with two hiring managers, one of which was an RN and one was a former dietician. Some of the questions were pretty difficult, but the women were very kind. I did a job shadow the following week, which went well. I was contacted a week and 1/2 after my in-person interview and was given a job offer.

Easy and comfortable interview process. There was a panel of three people, and most questions asked were behavioral. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Overall non-intimidating process for a new grad rn.

I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Victorville, CA) in June 2020
Interview
Know the core values SITCAFF. Multiple Facility admins and clinical care team leads in the interview. Know the scope of practice of a hemodialysis RN. They want people who want to be there.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DaVita in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was quiet easy. It focuses on behavioral questions on how you handle situations especially at work. They wanted to know how familiar are you with certain procedures. It is helpful if you have wide range of experience in dialysis since you could present yourself easily and worry on 'technical' questions.
