I have been applying to davita for months after i graduated. Finally got an invited to a hiring event they were having . Once i got there soon as i opened the door it was so nice they clapped for me welcomed me they had refreshments and everything. I signed in .. then was called in for my interview panel style. They asked me a series of behavior questions and then explained the job and what i would be doing. They then gave me a tour of the facility and then asked me when was a good time to go and shadow an actual clinic. A week later i shadowed for 3 houra in tracy. After that i really thought i had the job but i got a phone call telling me that the class was starting in a few days and all my information wasnt back yet and i wasnt able to move forward. Whatever that meant lol.. ridiculous.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
