I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Feb 2018
Interview
After applying, I was contacted by Davita within a few days to set up a phone interview with Davita who would screen me and pass me along to the next step. I interviewed with Davita, who said they would be forwarding my resume along. However, when I followed up, Davita said it would be Tuesday after President's Day that Davita would have more info. They never apologized for not following up. To me this is a huge red flag on DaVita and I feel like I dodged a bullet here.

Interview
Phone screening with HR recruiter, Amie was disheartening and unprofessional. Normally phone screenings consist of discussing role, company and experience. She was asking me about situational data related questions that were super vague and clearly just being read off a piece of paper. It felt like she was only looking for key specific words in my responses instead of actually listening to what I had to say. I'm pretty sure when I asked her to elaborate on a question, she responded with, 'what do you mean' which was extremely unprofessional and tacky.
