It’s a panel of 3 people. I did a good interview I came in prepared, and wrote down questions I wanted to ask at the end of the interview. I’m ok with not being picked if they found someone better, but the part that made me mad was why they didn’t pick me. It was because I asked to repeat a question to make sure I was giving the best answer. Really? Not only is that a bad reason,but that doesn’t even show how good of a worker I am.

They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.

Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.
