Interview
I went to the open house to attend my first interview as instructed per the recruiter. Afterwards, I waited for the call to schedule the second interview. I answered their behavior questions appropriately. I even shadowed for a while at the facility. I was told they would notify me on Friday if I was hired. I waited and finally called the recruiter on Monday and left a voicemail. Tuesday I received a call from the recruiter stating they didn't hire me with no explanation. I was disappointed in them for the lack of notification.

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
