I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DaVita (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
It starts with a screening call from a recruiter. About 30 mins long, pretty straight forward. I then had two meetings with regional managers (there are two regions in the city I applied), both were loaded with situational questions. Due to the position, most of them were focused on team building and personnel management, and each one was about an hour long. Lastly, I met with the Regional VP. His approach felt more like a chat than an interview, but was also very situational focused. All said, DaVita is a great company, with great benefits, even for starting managers.

Question 1
How would you feel if you had to terminate an employee?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Dec 2021
Interview
You must apply directly on their site. If resume passes initial screen, you then will be asked to complete a relatively long online assessment (1hr). After your assessment is reviewed and you are passed through, you'll receive a request to schedule a "30 minute" phone screen from in-house recruiter. Quick response time through automated processes, but the recruiter was 10 minutes late to interview, seemingly distracted, and showed very little engagement. They ended the interview 5 minutes early.
