The interview will be conducted by at least 2 people from DaVita. The questions will
most likely center on the interviewees’ personal background (things about himself, current job, history of work experience in dialysis). Some questions will tackle more on Behavioral aspect.

Applied online and got an interview invitation 2 weeks later. Scheduled a phone interview and just need to wait for the phone call on the day of the interview. Did a self introduction and recruiter asked about schedule availability and commuting time.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
