Applied on Indeed. Took about 2 months to get a call back. Came in for interview on a Monday. There were 2 other candidates. I was offered position by Friday. Negotiated salary, then started within 2 weeks of offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult patient.
First one was a. call with recruiter and 2 interview was with the clinic FA and team lead and more higher ups. The interview was almost a hour via zoom.
Apply, recruiter phone interview, forward resume to hiring manager, hiring manager and additional staff from dept of choice video/ in person interview, job offer.

Very easy going. Professional. Wanted to really get to know me and how I see myself with the company. Very informative information about the job position, expectations, and leadership. I was even able to shadow a social worker before accepting the position.
