I had a group interview, I was interviewed by the core team. The questions were relevant to role and personality. The group interview gave an idea of team you will be working with and alot of insight in their personalities.

I was interviewed by a panel that consisted of the Facility Administrator, Renal Dietitian, Clinical Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, and Patient Care Tech. They did a basic round robin style questioning.

They contacted me via email immediately after receiving my resume. We setup an initial phone interview. She told me before the call ended I was a good fit and someone would be contacting me via phone or email to go to the site. Later I received an email that the job posting was mistakenly marked full time and was only supposed to be part time; therefore, I would have to reapply once it was posted correctly.
