Started with phone interview with recruiter, in-person interview with department leader, several more interviews (phone and in-person) with various leaders of areas I would work with and for. Focus was on business acumen, what-if scenarios to compete a business/finance problem, ability to deal with ambiguity, and prior business accomplishments.

Describe a time you supported a business implementation.
Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.

I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
